Hardy Boys 55: The Witchmaster's Key (Hardy Boys)

Finally updated! I'm listening to Blindside. Note to self: never see them live. All their live video suck. Then again, all live videos suck. They just don't have a good sound. I could be wrong. I love my new backgroung. I had to emprovise a little. I added all the pink stuff. I just never could get the darn "James Dean" words to go pink. Crimany. I've been reading a lot about him though lately. He was really interesting. Anyway, I had drivers ed today and I'm heading to Falls Creek next week. For all those of you who have never been, shame on you! It has to be the best camp ever! A lot of people are coming with our church this year. We have about 20 girls and 15 boys. That may not sound like a lot if you go to churches like LifeChurch, Hinderson Hills, or Crossroads Baptist who have at least over a thousand kids in their youth program alone. But for are little church and punny cabin (which I love) it's a big number. There has been some talk about all the changes that they're making. Now that Falls Creek has their new monster sanctuary, they want all the cabins to follow a code of a similar disign. That means poor, small churches like mine don't stand a chance to keep out cabin within the next ten years unless we work fast and get lots of funds. I pursonally think that's wrong. Falls Creek is about leading teens to Christ, not stuff and uniformity. The mismatched cabins make Falls Creek look special and unique. You build them all the same and you loose that. I say we march on Washington! Kiding. I do seriously think that we do need to say something though. Otherwise, Falls Creek will lose all there little churches because we can't aford to stay. Anywho, driver's ed is going well. I have to take a small test before he'll give me my "green card" for the written one. I turn corners, break, and park well. It's shifting from gas to break that's my problem. I shouldn't worry too much though. You should see some of the monkey's Mr. S has passed so far. I can totally do it. Well, I better go. It does feel good to update. Yal keep in touch!

Hey all you loyal readers out there. Listen to me! I sound like a tabloid writer! Oh well. Lately, I've got a full summer. With geting my wisdom teeth sawed out of my gums (I get them out the 25), Falls Creek, drivers ed and so forth you'd think I would never get a moment to sit down and relax. WRONG! I always find time to relax. What can I say, I'm a lazy person. So, to fullfil my laziness, I've seen some really great movies since the third Pirate's movie. So I think it's time for another exciting edition of...

Smashly's Marvoulise Movie Review!

Our first movie was a well antisipated movie, yet because of all the hipe and advertising, it lost a bit of it's flavor. Yet its still worth your time.

Shrek the Third

  =

As many know, this is the tird instalment of the powerhouse of the 'Shrek Trilogy.' Every one I have seen, I have nearly died laughing. This one did not. I admit, it was very funny but seemed to lack a bit of the luster the other two had so fully. I will say that it is very witty and smart. This instalment is also more about parenting and less about self image wich gives it a different and charming edge. It wasn't as good as I thought it would be, but it leaves you satified and warm in the heart.

Music and Lyrics

  =

This was one of those movies that I had no intension of seeing in the begining which was I think made it so enjoyable when I saw it. The movie is about a washed up 80s musician and his new chance, with the help of quirky, lyricly talented Sophie, at stardom. The movie was very clean and Hugh Grant is extremely funny even when he is bairly trying. It has all the magic of romance and comidy all rapped up in one complete package. Music and Lyrics is one of the best movies I have seen all year.

The Queen

  =

Winner of Acadimy Award for best actress (no argument there), The Queen is well done masterpiece at the least. The cast is an older, less memerable bunch yet there is not a poor actor among them. This movie gives you a look at the complex unrealistic life of the royals of Great Britan. It tells the story of the Queen of England during the time of Princess Diana's tragic death. At first, it depics the queen as stubern and cold then gives her view on the incedint and the reasons for her actions. Since this queen is still alive today, I couldn't help but wonder, "What does the queen think about this movie?" Personally, I doubt she saw it. My only problem with the movie is it's lack of excitement and somewhat slow plot. The movie does not drag on at all, yet the central idea to me seemed slow. There is no real antagonist in the movie besides the queens basic character. For people who like fast moving movies with loads of drama and suspence, this is not for you. Yet for those who enjoy a good layed back movie with strong emotion and purpose, it is perfect. The only way I can describe this movie is simly beautiful.

Well there's my new review. You'll probably be seeing more after my wisdom teeth are removed and I end up sitting on my but sipping chicken broth through a straw for a month. See ya later!

P.S. Here is my award for the best on television comedy of all time...

Like I say. No argument there!

I finally picked a video. With the help of my good pal Lor, my sister, and myself, we picked the winner. For all of those who never voted, sorry! Better luck next time pal! Well, driver's ed is almost over. I actually could pay attention today. It was actually kind of fun. Since we finished the text book yesterday and woun't start driving until after Friday, we learned about how you should plan long road tip vacations. Me, Courtney, Christina, and Earin were all in a group. For some reason I feel like I spelled all those names wrong. Oh well, my bad. Man i cn't tipe t2day!! LOL! JK! You get what I mean. I am glad that I'm almost done though. I can't WAIT to get my permit!!! Anyway, I found out Courtney has CDO. It is kind of a joke. You know the disease OCD. Well, people with it are obsesive compulsives (the OC in OCD) So she thought that if the letters were out of order, it would bother someone with extreme OCD (me and her both have it) so she put it in alphabetical order! Good times, good times. I also heard a joke today. It's also a poem. Here it goes.

Roses are red

Violets are blue

I'm schitsophrentic

 and so am I!

If you didn't get it, comment me. I don't feel like explaining it. Well, I'm done so I gata go. See ya!

P.S I'm going to see Shrek the Third this weeked, so I'll be adding a smashly's movie review soo. I'll probably add it to this entry cause it sucks!

I don't have much to say, but I have a delima. I'm creating a new formate for my xanga site. Instead of Kingdom Hearts, I want to do "The Notebook" as my theme. It is one of my favorite movies of all time. I'm still hunting for a background, but I found two really good videos for the top of my page. Both have songs by Lifehouse. The delima is that I don't know which on to pick. I love them both so much, it's so hard to decide. So, I am open for suggestions (please!) Just comment and tell me which one you like best. I have them both posted at the top of my site. The top one is video #1 and the bottom one is video #2. The winner will be decided by popular vote. I would decide by myself, but this is funner. Well, otherwise I'm not doing much. I have to go walk in the relay for life. Yeah! Oh, if anyone else from my hometown is reading this and is going, my youth pastor, Francis, is dressing up as a girl to help raise money! He tells us all he hates it, but I think he likes the idea of showing off his femanine side. LOL! JK Francis! What is really funny is that he's keeping his beard for it too! HAHA!!! So funny. Well, I better go. Eat your vitamines and don't sleep with gum in your hair (two of lifes great philosophies!) Please vote and hasta la pasta!

Guess what time it is everyone? Time for smashly's movie review. This is a new thing I'm starting on my site. Many of my old fans remeber my "the good, the bad, and the ugly" reviews that I did for some of todays hottest 9and not so hot) celebs of today. Now, I'm at it again. Yet this time I'm not picking on celebs, I'm picking on movies. My first movie in review is one of the most anticipated movies of the year. Pardon the pun, nut this one was "arrr-right!" (told you it would be cheesy.) For all of you bad hint takers out there, I'm talking about "Pirates of the Carribean 3- At World's End." This is the most sinaster and intricate movie of the thrilogy and answers many questions you thought you knew form the other two.The movie has it's not-so-glorius moments though. At times, it can be confusing and a tad bit too random for most peoples taste. It may not be the best, but it is definatly good. There is also the lingering question ...worj Well boys and girls, the time has come for the decititon to be reveiled. This one is also by far the most romantic of the three and well. For my rating, I give it...

Here, our rating system is a bit different. A  means very good, a  means good,  means ok or undisided,  means somewhat dissapointed, and  means bad. Trust me, this is a movie you want to see. Also, one more inmortant thing, so listen well: WAIT UNTIL AFTER THE CREDITS!!!!! Trust me, it is worth it. If you've already seen it and didn't wait, go see it again. It raps the final peices of the movie up. Well, worth the wait, and soo is the rest of the movie.

Besides my movie review, I don't have much other " deep discustion." I'm just siting in my computer room in my Colts cat and night shurt. I am soooooooooooooo ready for football season it isn't even funny. I miss watching my Colts stomp the poo out of the Patriots. I also am tired of school. Just one more measly day!!!!!!!!!!! Most people won't even be there anyway. I'm the geek who's mom made them come on the last day (you can't throw rocks at me later.) All well do is watch movies and key more people cars. I don't do that, but that has been an issue here. The seniors went way to far with their senior prank. For those who don't know, let me cue you in. A bunch of senior destroyed a bunch of junior's and sophmore' s cars, to say the least.I really don't want to get into all the details on what they did cause believe me, they did a bunch of crud. I am also pretty happy that so far we don't have to do guard tryouts for now. I know if we did I would do ok, but I hate tryouts. I always get super nervous ove nothing. Next season's routine is going to be a blast! (BOOM!) Well, I have to go. Se yall later.
